Choose Variety of Honey

Our pure, raw honey is unique because it’s harvested from the surrounding Bay Area Counties, or micro-climates.

By harvesting honey in each of these five areas individually, instead of blending them as most honey companies do, our wildflower honey is special to each county’s local blooms in flavor, texture, and color. It also varies from season to season. So we are the most local that a local honey company can bee!

For the medicinal benefits of our honey, we recommend choosing a honey variety that’s located close to where you live. Or choose from one of our most popular varieties such as SF Bay Area Blend, Marin Wildflower, or Napa Wildflower.

Please choose a variety (flavor) from below. You’ll then be prompted to select a size for your order.

Marshall’s Farm produces genuine raw honey that naturally crystallizes over time. This crystallization is a normal and expected characteristic of raw honey and does not affect its safety or quality. In fact, many consumers intentionally seek out raw honey because they recognize that crystallization is a hallmark of minimally processed honey that has not been excessively heated. These customers value raw honey for its naturally occurring enzymes, pollen, nutrients, and distinctive flavor. By contrast, many commercially processed honeys are heated to higher temperatures to delay crystallization and maintain a liquid appearance on store shelves for longer periods.

To preserve the natural qualities of our honey, we jar it fresh to order and maintain our Honey House at approximately 80°F, allowing the honey to remain fluid enough for bottling without exposing it to excessive heat. We do not repeatedly reheat or melt packaged honey, as doing so would gradually reduce the characteristics that make raw honey desirable. Because of this commitment to quality, we do not keep large inventories of pre-filled containers in storage.

Distributors and retailers purchasing raw honey should understand these natural characteristics and manage their inventory accordingly. Honey that crystallizes after delivery is performing exactly as authentic raw honey is expected to perform and can easily be returned to a liquid state by gently warming it. For these reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for honey that crystallizes after delivery as a result of normal storage or inventory practices.
