Wholesale Intake

Deliveries:

We deliver within one hour of our farm at 159 Lombard Rd American Canyon CA 94503.
We have a 2 case minimum for deliveries, as it helps reduce pollution and gas expense. We are a small farm and so we try to get all of our deliveries done every Wednesday. Please order before Tuesday, otherwise our van may fill up and we won’t have enough time in the day for more orders. If you have special receiving hours, please let us know what they are and we will do our best to accommodate them. But generally we leave at 6:30 AM, travel to the east bay, then San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma and lastly Napa. We always email an invoice and include one with your order, requesting a signature at delivery for our copy. If you are outside of our delivery area, we will ship the order by Worldwide Express and charge shipping.

Farmer’s Market Pick Up:

We can also arrange for you to pick up an order at one of our farmer’s markets if we are given one week’s notice. Our market managers pick up honey from the farm every Friday.

Farm Pick Up:

Pick up at our farm can also be arranged with one weeks notice as we jar all of our honey fresh upon order.
Our farm honey house hours are 8 – 4, Monday through Friday.

Payment Terms:

We ask for payment upon order with your first order. Each order after that we offer Net 15.
